Q:How long have you been in the industry and how many weddings have you handled?

A:We were established in 2011 and since then we have handled about 300 weddings.

Q:How many coordinators will be there on our event?

A:There will be a minimum of 5 coordinators for your event: 1 Event Manager and 4 event assistants.

Q:Do you wear uniforms?

A:Yes we do. We understand the importance of grooming and dressing presentably for the occasion.

Q:How many events do you accept in a day or in a month?

A:We accept only 1 event per day and maximum of 10 events per month

Q:Do you book events on holidays?

A:Yes we do, except during Christmas season. We are normally on break from December 23 – 26 and December 31 – January 3.

Q:What are your means of communication during the event?

A:We have our mobile phones and two-way radios for communication.

Q:Do you have an office we can go to if we want to meet you?

A:No, we do not have an office but we can schedule a meet up with you so we can further discuss our services and your event details.

Q:When are you usually available to meet?

A:We prefer to schedule our meetings on weekdays as most weekends are reserved for booked events.

Q:Can we schedule a meeting even if we have not decided to get your services yet?

A:Yes, and we won’t charge you for that. We’d be more than happy to discuss our services with you.

Q:Do you have your own service for Out of Town events?

A:Yes we do. You don’t have to worry about the team’s transportation going to and from your venues.
